6. Shipping and Delivery

a. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Malaysia.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

b. Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

c. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Hoku are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract.
Ownership and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

a. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food and beverage items), we do not accept returns once products are opened or consumed.

We will, however, offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

  • Proof (e.g., photo/video) is provided within 3 days of receiving the order.

b. Refund Processing

Refunds (if approved) will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

c. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery;
